Office block for Dormans Coffee House at Tatu City. The building is designed to be a prospective LEED certification requiring numerous features to conserve energy, restore natural habitat, prevent erosion, conserve water and provide a healthy atmosphere for the users.
Buildings have been designed using products free of harmful chemicals and allow for maximum fresh filtered air. Rooms are designed with low-energy lights and maximize daylight into all offices. The construction site has been organized to minimize construction waste, dust and to ensure the health of the construction workers and the staff who occupy the compound
