Construction of the new modern permanent office block for UNICEF-South Sudan. Two-story office block including a roof water tanks level. Careful consideration has been made for orientation and sun-screening due to hot climate.
The contract included a waste water treatment plant. An aesthetic value is also added onto the site with the landscaping and critical selection of the color scheme. Challenges include extreme political unrest which has delayed the construction a number of occasions
