Summary:

Nyari House is a single-dweller residential development in the prime Nyari Estate off Redhill Road in Nairobi. The client’s vision was a Mediterranean-style themed home, with a broad landscaped area that ushers all to the home, all in distinguished simplicity.

Keeping the client’s vision at the forefront, the house was strategically positioned further back on the plot, allowing for a more inviting approach. A meticulous design process was employed to thoughtfully arrange the various functions of the house, ensuring that each element contributed to a striking facade that commands attention and enhances the overall aesthetic as one approaches the home.

This project design process incorporated the use of AI to quickly review a myriad of design options that the client could review and pick the parts they liked. 

Internally the house houses a spacious living centre that runs most of the length of the building.
