Project Status: Conceptual Design
The proposed development is intended to provide accommodation and other facilities to 1,200 students.
The project was to be implemented in 3 Phases. At full completion the development would have 17 accommodation buildings in 3 typologies with shared and single rooms, lettable / free parking facilities, Dining/ Multipurpose hall, retail and gymnasium and staff housing.
All these buildings were planned around external landscaped spaces to be shared by all the residents in the development.
