Site planning, New club house and new stables
The client needed to relocate the clubhouse to a new location to improve the experience by allowing spectators of the match can be able to comfortably watch afternoon matches. The revisions enhance the experience of spectators both from within the building and without.
5 new blocks of stables with interlinking portions have been planned for on the northeastern boundary of the site. With this, there are approximately 160no. new stables. The linking blocks allow for easy access between the individual stable blocks while serving as storage areas for feed and other items.
The proposed site layout has 15 grazing paddocks of varying size totaling approximately 10.15 acres (average area of 0.67 acres per paddock).
Part of the new paddocks are planned over the existing stables to consolidate the paddocks along the northeastern boundary of the site.
