Office, Housing, support facilities, site development and landscaping for the World Bank base in South Sudan. Site works included providing new permanent buildings, sewage treatment plant, rain water recharge, replanting of native species and repairs to the power and water distribution.
The building is LEED certified and contains numerous features to conserve energy, restore the natural habitat, prevent erosion, conserve water and provide a healthy atmosphere for the users. Buildings have been designed using products free of harmful chemicals. Rooms are designed with low energy lights and maximize daylight into all offices.
